It has been 2 weeks and still waiting.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4012388496331587337.post-61561975299277183212011-01-24T15:08:24.169-07:002011-01-24T15:08:24.169-07:00Fay, pulmonary rehab was one of the best things th...Fay, pulmonary rehab was one of the best things that I have ever done! It's what introduced me to my NuStep, and I've been exercising regularly ever since. I would guess that all that work on the NuStep has aided me in keeping up with these dratted treatments.

You take care of yourself, woman!
Hugs!

TeqTequila Sepulvedahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00737033014755738460noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4012388496331587337.post-23786426640705063592011-01-24T11:28:54.332-07:002011-01-24T11:28:54.332-07:00Hi Girl
Sounds like you are bouncing back to your ...Hi Girl
Sounds like you are bouncing back to your old self. I am so glad you are feeling a bit better.

Those owls sound cool. We used to have one in our backyard here in PA when I lived here before. I used to hear him but never saw him. I would be worried about your little doggies too if they were in my backyard, although I do not think they could pick up Pricess lulubelle, she of the fat butt. Feral cats though...well that is a whole other thing, I am sure they can pluck them outta the yard no probs.

I sorta figure that this sorta thing, ya know the cancer thingy seems to start affecting us around about the 50yr age mark. I think about it sometimes and have to think it is all the junk we eat, drink, breathe etc throughout our lives. I sorta figure it just builds up in our systems then boom, it hits us.

My MIL was 48 when she died from breast cancer. My mum was 56 when she died of lymphoma, they died a year apart to the day. My sis was 51 when she died of lymphoma. It is quite worrying. I am trying to eat healthier etc but when you look at all the pesticides etc on fruit and veg (90 different chemicals on the skin of a peach) then I sometimes feel like I am fighting a losing battle. Shame on the people out there who are growing this stuff and think it is ok to subject us all to these chemicals.

Jack Lalane, well he was one of a kind. Excercise I think is one of the main keys to staying healthy. I am just waiting for the call to go into pulmonary rehab to try to figure out how to excercise without killing myself. I have lost a bit of lung function since moving into this home. I guess the stress of moving then the dirty condition of the house, the dust, the dirty chimneys etc have caused me to take a step backwards.
Anyway, back to Jack, I have his juicer and love it. The only thing is it is a pain to clean, so big but the juice is fabulous.

Geeze, I always seem to end up writing a book. I bet you are wondering whose blog this is eh, I could talk/blog for England or so Chris says. I just love reading about your progress and what is going on with you.
Gotta go
Stay safe and healthy
Fay in the family roomAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
